Do not delete photos from storage

Память на устройстве полностью заполнена. Я удалила все фото на устройстве и карте памяти, перенесла их на Google foto. Но устройство пишет что нечего не изменилось и на телефоне 40 гб фото, хотя если зайти в хранилище, то галерея пуста. Помогите пожалуйста

Probably something with syncing.

Get access from your computer to photos.google.com, log in and see what's there.

Connect your device with a computer and USB.

Find directory DCIM on your device.

Copy all content to your computer. (a photo folder you create)

Check and doublecheck if it landed on your device.

Then delete all content from subdirectory DCIM.

Just check, be curious, you'll find out.
