Email app - Lack of vibration on notification

I don't get vibration on any notifications that regular email app is sending. I have phone on silent, the vibration is on but none of the notifications have vibration. I checked the setting and all seems to be fine and can't seem to resolve the issue.

Has anyone came across that before? Please advise.

There's vibration in settings of the phone and vibration in settings of the app.

There's testing in the support app.
