Is There a Setting for Limiting the Charging Current of My Xperia X?

Hi

My Xperia X came with a 1500mA AC Adapter, for charging.

I ould like to charge my phone much slowlier - using 500mA insteaed of 1500mA.

Does Xperia X have some setting that I can change, to make it charge slowlier, using 500mA current?

Thank you

unfortunately no. but if the battery care is activated in your device, it usually slows down the charging around 90%. this usually happens if you charge your device regularly at the same time.

or as suggested. try to use a usb cable prob. with usb 2.0 below specs

You can charge from your computer's USB port

I took this from a Google search.

The USB 1.x and 2.0 specifications provide a 5 V supply on a single wire to power connected USB devices.

A unit load is defined as 100 mA in USB 2.0, and 150 mA in USB 3.0. A device may draw a maximum of 5 unit loads (500 mA) from a port in USB 2.0; 6 (900 mA) in USB 3.0.
