maybe someone here knows an answer:
I just signed up to Prime to watch The Expanse. After a few minutes, I started to wonder why the image quality was so bad. Turns out, I cannot watch it in HD. Even when I download an episode, it's just 250MB and the image quality is way off.
- I have a fast enough internet connection (60Mbps).
- I checked "Optimal quality" in the settings. Here is the first problem: it says optimal quality would be 0.46GB/h, which is clearly not HD
- I tested other shows, they all have the same, bad quality.
- I can watch the HD version on my PC without problems.
- I can watch HD videos (1080p) on other apps; YouTube, Netflix, you name it.
Where is the problem? Is this with Sony or Amazon?
