SONY XPERIA X (F5121) Android 7.0 Nougat

Hello sony, 

I have a problem with my Sony Xperia X F5121, it suddently goes off on Friday morning after charging it up to 76% and up till date it doesn't boot. I tried all means possible found on your Support page( Combination of keys boot button + volume keys + and - , Xperia companion, charging for 4 hours or all the day using UCH10 quick charger) no reaction from the phone which seems death. i want to know if the problem can't be solve or not. I really love this phone and i want to used it again for longtime

Hi @Piratta, sorry to hear about this.

You mentioned that you have tried Xperia Companion to no avail, was it a software repair that you tried? In that case, since you cannot start or interact with the device, you will need to start the repair without the phone being plugged in to the computer followed by ticking the "My device cannot be detected or started, or is a Smartwatch 3" checkbox and choose "Next".

After this you should be able to follow the on screen-instructions in Xperia Companion. Try this and let me know how it goes!
