Wifi on the phone does not work. Wifit can not be activated. I reinstalled the phone and then the wifi worked for a while. But then it stopped working again. Anyone know what happened?
The WiFi does not connect with any access point or just one in particular?
Try resetting network:
Settings > Network & internet > (menu in upper right corner) > Reset network settings
same problem since 2 weeks. MAC address is showing 02:00:00:00:00:00

Problem occured on 2 WIFI locations. Some times, after reboot of mobile phone and/or wifi rooter it works for some hours.
Turning on WIFI, wifi switch is turning off immediately!
Your MAC address is indeed very strange.
You already did some resetting.
What happens in safe mode?
Is there a self installed app interfering?
Two things:
Use the Support App to do some testing.
Reset your modem. (or is it a general problem)
