Can't access media in Album or Music after Android 6 update

Hello , i updated my phone from lollipop to 6.0.1 but after the update i can not reach my musics and photos in "Album" and "Music" applications even though that i see them in file commander but i can't use them , by the way "Album" and "Music" is latest version and i can't even drag their left edge to the right

try to restart your device.

clear media storage. settings>apps>show ssystem>media storage>clear data

it might take a while for the device to scan all media files

I did that , but after nearly a hour there is no item to show in "Video" , "Music" or "Album"  but i can open them from file commander

try to re insert your sd card.

take a photo. or connect your device to the PC again.

clear data of music/album
settings>apps>music/album>clear data

if still problem persist try to perform a software repair
