cant connect bluetooth keyboard

when i connect it to the phone it says connected but the  pairing light stays on the keyboard and supposed to go off and it dosent work on this phone when i try my tablet or pc it connects and the pairing light goes off and works there and why does it not work on this phone

(some function keys dont work but that dosent matter)

That's something you have to address with the keyboard support.
