help what do i do i just gotten my phone new so i dont know the phone number and then it suddenly cracks what do i do.
do i send it back to sony for repair or do i send it to a cheap repair shop.

I recommend you contact your local support team to arrange a repair as they can repair it to a warrantable standard.
