Help with connecting to PC

hello all to start 'm new to the forum so welcome any help ... I happen to have a c5 ultra ( E5506 ) that I came out a software update and update and all well but derepente ran out the battery and try charging and only illuminates the red light load and that was for more than three hours and never go along was red light and not light at all to even connect to the computer and I get this error on your computer ( image attached ) appears as unknown device and hence does not advance please help apologizes for redundancy in a few words my English is not so fluent

Stupid question, have you tried to install the Xperia PCC? Download it from here http://support.sonymobile.com/us/tools/pc-companion/  (you can select Spanish) and that should fix the issue.

Edit: If PCC won't help you with installing the driver, it may be still possible to recover it using ADB or other unconventional methods. First try installing PCC and see if that will help.

Thank you very much for the help but I fear it is not so easy because I have compassion on the Xperia pc suite and all drives but still got no results

So then you may want to contact Sony and make valid the warranty.
