Good evening,
Since approximately 3 months and mainly since 1 month, my battery doesn't resist more than 12 hours (comprising 1 hour on internet only) if I have a normal use. But the principal problem resides in the fact that my phone can fall to 0% suddenly. For example, when my battery is at 88 % and when I open an app, my phone could immediately switch off. After that, I switch it on and there are 2 possibilities : my battery is at 1% or at a random %.
So my question is : Do I need a new battery ? In this case, what is the best website to buy it ?
For information, my phone is 2 years old, I made all system updates, I use stamina mode and there is no app which exessively consumes energy.
Thank you in advance,
Ronan Ségalen
It seems that you need a new battery, you can contact your Local support or check ebay or amazon.
Thank you ! I suspected that the solution was to change the battery. So I'll check on Amazon.

Thanks for the links but I'll certainly not do this myself. I prefer that a pro deals with it.
Yes, I'll keep you updated.
A professionnal installed my new battery a week ago and so now, I can judge the quality of it (I bought it from Sony on Amazon).
All of my previous problems have been solved. However, I'm not sure that the battery's endurance is as good as it was 2 years ago when I bought the Z1. In any case, the endurance is still very good (30% at the end of the day if I go on internet a lot).
To conclude, I've just a question : is it normal that my screen uses 20 % of the battery ? (with the old battery it was only 5% at most I think). My brightness is as low as possible yet.
Thank you in advance,
Ronan
