Restore conversation and contacts

I had reset my phone yesterday.Before reset I backup the conversation and contacts file to sd card by using the backup and restore software which is given by phone.But now the file is not showing in the app.How can I restore my data??Thanks in advance..

What if you clear the app data and then try again? or copy paste the backup file to the internal storage

If the file its corrupted, its unlikely, you can contact your Local support

there is no local support in my country
