xperia c5 ultra front flash not working after software update

Hi Sony,

The day I bought my first SONY phone i was very happy. BUT now after few months of my exploring with the phone i am very disappointed. The Software you guys develop in these high end device is very below standard, In every update my phone faces new problems. This time front flash does not work.If you guys can't develop good software please dont make SONY BRAND WORST.

So u have after update problem? Both flash in my smartphone working good, so i think it's not bug. Maybe u updated somehow wrong, maybe u rooted and somehow modified smartphone, delete some apps? By the way u can always repair it with Xperia Companion or try safe mode /t5/FAQ/How-to-boot-your-phone-into-safe-mode/td-p/348008 to check everything or working fine Don't forget everybody doing mistakes, Sony too, but flash problem i think is not one of them now, coz how i wrote in my Xperia C5 Ultra (by the way i have Dual with lastest software and firmware update) camera's flash working fine - both So if it's bug, must work for me bad too or someone else

It's not high end smartphone, it's mid rage smartphone with some premium features

I have same phone. It's fine after update. So you can do 2steps. first go to settings to application to all to camera to clear data. And restarting. Check now. If same problem. Go to reset factory. But save all data in first befor do this choice. I hope fine.
