A broken glass and not correct touch for my XZ Premium

my Xperia XZ Premium just get dropped and the front glass just gets broken. A part of my screen does not have a correct touch. So what happened to my phone and how can I repair it. Is this one going to replace the whole display?
@Han-z sounds like digitiser got damaged. you should probably contact your Local support so that they can take a look at your phone and assess the damage.
