Bluetooh: file transfer problem on xeperia XZ1

- Start a file transfer on BT

- While transfer in progress turn BT off

- In background file transfer remains in progress until reboot the mobile

I would transfer via PC, it's faster and more stable. Bluetooth on Oreo is pretty flimsy, unfortunately.
