Music playlist deleted after 1 day, Cannot restore wifi profiles

Hi Everybody,

1. My xperia xz pre phone has problem in creating playlist music (android 7). I created some playlist music and 1 day later, those playlists disapeared. When I opened Manage playlist, the playlists were there. You can see the pictures below. Do you know how to fix it? I've tried factory reset many time, still the same result. And now I upgraded to Android 8 but still had that error.

  

2. Another problem is to restore the wifi profiles, I backup my wifi profiles and saved it on my google account. I tried to restored it by using xperia transfer mobile and xperia backup & restore but it did not work. Could you tell me how to solve it?

3. When I press answer to receive a call, I have to wait 5-6 seconds untill I can hear the caller voice. I find out the reason cause this error is the swr30 watch. I disconnected it from my phone and the problem's gone. So this mean I cannot use swr30 watch with xperia xz pre? Both of them are Sony's product and they cannot work together?

I've just bought this new phone called "flagship" and I'm really tired of it.

Does anyone have above issues and tell me how to fix it?

Regarding the playlists please check if you have the application File Manager from Asus installed, there is a known bug that each time you open this app the playlists get deleted nevertheless you can see them in manage the playlists. I had that problem too, needed to uninstall the File Manager app.

I actually had File Manager from Asus installed on my phone. I tried again and it deleted the playlist as you said. Thank you very much ^^. 1 issue solved.
