es fing mit einer trägen Ein-, Austaste an, die nur temporär funktioniert hat. Bis auf den einwandfrei funktionierenden Fingerabdrucksensor, hat diese Taste inzwischen keine Funktion mehr! Ich kann mein Gerät nicht mehr abschalten, die Aktivierung funktioniert nur durch den Lichtsensor, wenn ich die Schutzhülle öffne.
Vor ein paar Tagen stellte nun auch die Leisetaste die Funktion ein, die Lautstärkeregelung ist nur über die Lauttaste möglich, um dann über die "Schiebefunktion" die Lautstärke zu regulieren.
Ich vermute einen Hardwarefehler. Wie läuft die Abwicklung einer Reklamation bei Sony (Dauer, Ersatzgerät, Daten auf dem Gerät, etc).
