Stamina mode not turning off

I am having this issue just now. Stamina mode is not turning off regardless if I turn it off via the quick settings panel wherein the toggle button stays on o matter how many times I tap it to turn off or via the Settings menu. Restarting the phone and force closing the Stamina mode do not resolve this.

Same for me. For several Days now. Tried different settings and reboot. Notving helps. Out on cross country skiing and cant track and get location.
