One issue, two questions with back story:
My phone is encrypted as my job requires it to connect to Exchange. I uninstalled swype while I was working on something else and my phone locked itself. Now when I try to unlock it, I don't have a keyboard option but Google Voice instead. There's no way for me to enter the password. If I reboot the phone I get a keyboard and can enter my password to decrypt the storage, but when Android starts I get the same thing: no keyboard to enter the password and unlock the phone.
First question: how can I change change from Google Voice as an input method on my unlock screen?
Second question: is there a way to reset the device to factory settings using just the hardware itself? I've looked online and tried to find the answer, but none of the options I'm finding work. I even downloaded the flash software, Emma, as my phone is unlocked but it required me to have an account, which I tried to set up, but haven't gotten the email that confirms the account that will let me log in?
Thank you for your time.
