Headphone jack is not working

Hi,

The headphone jack is not working on my Z1 compact. Yesterday it was fine, however when I plugged in my headphones this morning there was no sound coming through the left ear piece, only the right one. The headphones worked fine with other devices, so it seems to be an issue with the phone and not the headphones. I have restarted the phone and now the headphones don't work at all. Sounds come through the phone speakers, but not the headphones.

I  have experienced problems with the headphone jack on their iPhones. If you can’t hear sound through your headphone jack, the problem could be related to dirt, Bluetooth devices or a glitch within the iPhone.

For the most part, these issues are easy to fix and won’t cost you anything. That being said, if the headphone jack is broken, you may need to pay to have it repaired.

try the steps below:

1. Clean Headphone Jack
2. Turn Off Bluetooth
3. Reset or Restore
4. Have it Serviced
