Alright, go to Settings, apps, all, Walkman, then clear data and clear cache. Then restart your phone

Try these 2 options:

1.settings-apps-all-smart connect,force stop and clear data.

2.follow the same path and look for sound enhancements,force stop and clear data.

In both cases,restart.
