Hi Sony India,
I am really fed up with your pathetic after sales service. I bought a Sony Xperia ZL in October 2013 and its was working fine. All of a sudden it just stopped working and now its not in a bricked mode. There are not external or internal damages done to the set. I gave my set to the authorized dealer (Advance Electronics - Shushant Shopping Arcade ,Gurgaon) and after a week of i don't know what check up they told me that i have to pay a sum of Rs. 9300 to the service centre which is the 33% of the cost of the new xperia ZL. The strangest thing is that they didn't diagnosed my phone at all and directly asked for the replacement of the set by giving them Rs, 9300 that is quoted by one of your employee. As far i know that a service centre is a place where electronics got repaired and then been given back to you. You guys just cannot ask for any amount which is not at all appropriate as the price which is being quoted is on the MRP of the phone i bought in 2013. As of today the phone is discontinued and there is no depreciation being shown from your side on the value of the phone. This is simply a fraud being committed by your service centres by cheating loyal customers and earning a lot by just replacing the phone at a very hefty cost and not repairing it. They just say that this phone cannot be repaired we only replace such sets. I mean are you guys crazy. How can you give such an explanation to any of your customers. i tried my best talking to the customer care executive to cut down the price of the replacement or just repair my set as i cannot afford to pay such an amount. Please do something about my issue as i am really sick and tired of chasing you guys.

I dont know about that .. lol I am a big Sony fan ... Z3 compact is my fav right now .. though i don't have that kind of money bt i will buy a Z4 compact somehwere in the future .. if its fault free ... lets c
