pop up flashing banner

i wonder if any of you know the best way or app to get rid of the annoying flashing banner ads that keep popping up at the bottom of my screen that are plaguing my new sony z2 mobile
The pop banner ads in question are things like your memory low' your phone going slow' you need this clean master' your battery running out' there's junk all over the place and needs cleaning' your mobile needs boosting etc

I have nod AV installed and that is all other then what came with the phone

it's OK in safe mode i have reset it back to factory settings and its still there maybe it's a Goggle banner which is permanent ? adblock works well so i get no adverts so i say just the banner seams to be on some sort of timer ? then just flashes

It's a third party app acting up, an app that was not pre-installed

Definitely an app you have installed - This is not something Google will have done or your Pc is infected and when you connect it to said Pc the Android specific Malware is latching on to your phone

This is something called advertisement (from 3rd party apps). What app has this issue?

i have tried air push detector which says the mobile is clean. however the flashing banner indicates Google whereas the new air push detector says twitter is to blame so i will have to delve deeper i guess thanks guys anyhow

I think it is related to other app,not such a famous one. But keep us updated.

will do Alex. i've only had the phone a few days and despite this small glitch it's a great phone and like all things will take a while to get use to it
