Problem with lockscreen

I often use a pin code to unlock my phone, but I also often don't. Last time I tried to disable any pin code necessary I was met with what you see in the screen shot. Anyone know how to fix this?

Do you have a corpoate type email setup on your phone as this is now a standard feature of android

No, I do not. And I have made no changes in any settings from last time there was no pin and until now. =S

Does your phone have branded firmware installed or do you have any apps that would cause this extra layer of security

No, nothing of the sort. I am so confused, I haven't installed anything either. I think I must have accidentally hit something In settings perhaps, but I have absolutely no idea what!

Have you enabled Encryption

To enable those back,just clear credentials under settings-security.

Sorry but after cleaning the credentials what will happen? I have to redownload the credentials?
