Problem with lockscreen

I often use a pin code to unlock my phone, but I also often don't. Last time I tried to disable any pin code necessary I was met with what you see in the screen shot. Anyone know how to fix this?

What to do if I need just swipe option to unlock ?

I noticed I have a pin lock after installing clean master. I've deleted clean master but the pin lock is still there, which I don't want. What happens if I remove encryption? Do I lose everything on my phone, like pictures and downloads?
