After Lollipo-update, my Z3C have had problems with battery charging..
1) Phone is heating while on charging dock
2) The phone stops to charge the battery when about 85% is charged. Orange led starts to blink.. and the power management is stopped too: it freezes when charging stops and battery usage meter stops to update.
I have rebooted the phone several times with no improvement fot this problem.. WHATS WRONG ?

One suggestion, re-install the latest update with PCC to smooth things out.

1. That's normal, double check if you are syncing apps or auto uploading data
2. Are you using the phone while charging, playing games, etc?

Yeah, I re-installed the phone by PC-Companion..But still there's problem with charging.
Last night I put my phone to the charging-dock (as usual), the battery was 25% charged in the beginning: in the morning the orange led was blinking (!) and battery was charged only for 84% ... Somehow the charging stops before the battery is fully charged.
That kind of problem never exists before, it appeared after the Lollipop-update. Have anybody else same problem ???????
HI.. it seems that somehow the power management program is not ok and not synchronic with the battery..
I tried this: I shut down the phone (power off) and the I put it to the charging dock for overnight..
In the morning when started the phone, according the power management the battery was 100% charged. But something weird is in the power management still. Today it freezed again after I detached the phone from dock, and show 100% all the time for several hours. Re-start the phone helped for this..
Otherwise it seems that charging while power off corrected that problem.. Let's see.
Yeah, no charging porblem anymore !
I have the same Problem. Will try to drain as much Battery as possible today, and then fully charge it turned-off over night.
I will report back tomorrow (**bleep** having a mobile, where you can't remove the battery for a quick and full reset 😉 )
After reinstall/reflash the firmware.
Charing problem solved.
