Ringtones are gone

Hello Support,

I cannot select any of  the default ringtones anymore. When I go to Settings - Phone Ringtone - Select Sound Picker, it presents me with only the optiion 'None'.

When I hold down the Music Note Icon it says 'Music Library' but I can't change directory etc.

The Ringtones folder is where it's meant to be (/system/media/audio/ringtones) but I can't browse to it to select my ringtone using ES File Explorer or Media Storage option either.

I have already cleared the Media Storage App data from the device as suggested elsewhere but to no avai.

How can I resovle this and get the default list of Ringtones back?

Settings-apps-all,tap on 3 dots and reset app preferences.
