Screen problem

There is a headphone symbol on the screen of my Phone. My headphone is not plugged in. How can I solve this problem?

Just uncheck it, it should disappear

That's an app acting up, if it happens again, turn that feature off and also

Settings > apps > all > smartconnect > clear data.
