Stamina Mode?

Need to know how to fix stamina mode when it doesnt work & does my phone need to go for repair or no. I tried doing a force stop on the eco mode application to fix it, but is there a permanent fix?

I have the same problem, Facebook messenger still receives messages while stamina mode is on and The app is not on any list, it seems stamina mode got a bug with an update. My battery time got vastly reduced over a day, so it's obviously a bug. Stamina mode isn't working as it should be..
