tethering since lollipop Z2

Before lollipop, no problems tethering, now laptop connects to phone OK but message, no Internet connection comes up. Anyone have the solution please? Thank you.

Try downloading your internet settings again to see if that works otherwise you may want to contact Sony Xperia Customer Care in your region about this.

To download internet settings just go into Settings > More > Internet settings > accept.

Have you tried downloading your internet settings? If so and you have mobile data & hotspot turned on and you still can't connect then try contacting your local Sony Xperia Customer Care team as they may have a fix for you.

I have 5.0.2. I use local station ip and dns with pc and it's OK. But at older phones like xperia x8 I can't use static settings.

Sophia I did that, my apn is correct because with Android 4 I could use hotspot function.

I still do advise contacting your local support team as you may need to create a new APN or they may know a fix for you.
