Turn off notifications sounds at night? (Z3)

Hi All

I am a new proud owner of a Z3, I love it!

Well apart from this....

I get woken up at night with Facebook notifications, emails and such buzzing and bleeping in the night.

I cannot turn my phone on silent as i'm on-call for my job and need my phone to ring in the night if someone calls.

I used to have a Samsung Glaxy S3 before this, it had a feature (i forget the name) and worked great. I wrongly presumed this was a blanket feature for Android phones...

After googling i've noticed some people favour 3rd party apps. But cmon Sony - surely i cant be the only one suffering?

Use smartconnect

You can disable mobile data/wifi during the night so that facebook doesn't bother you.

You mean manually every night? Or is there an automated way to set this up?

Open SmartConnect > create an event > set the time > follow the steps

Smart connect has night mode which can disable data over night.
