where does xperia z made from..?

Hi all..i really need an answer..
I just bought a Sony Xperia Z C6603 last week with 7th & 8th imei no code 05..what I feel curious about my phone is at the bottom side of my phone(near the imei no) its written Made in China.. My question here is if the code is 05(7th and 8th imei no),was'nt it supposed to be written Made in USA/Brasil/Finland?Need some explanation here please...

I have tried to update my xperia z but all  upgrades come in chineese lauguage which can't understand, what do i do to change lauguage software
