My xperia Z 2 not booting. The battery is in good condition and fully charged but no reaction without a charging cable connection. I've tried the following while charging but not solving yet the problem.
(1) hold down the power and volume up button.
(2) press the small red button under the charging cover.
when I tried these two methods It vibrates 3 times and only appears SONY logo and then back to battery charging status but not booting. not appear Xperia logo. Can anyone help me with this issue please?
