Xperia Z Mobile Data Issue

I turn on wifi, go to setup guide, download settings for inertnet and MMS = yes, finished.

restarted the phone, once the hpone goes to home screen, there was a mobile network status on top right and "mobile data is disabled" status  on the status bar(top left),

But actually my data icon indicator is on with wifi, so when i turn off wifi, i cannot browse internet.

Under Settings > Data Usage > Mobile Data = on

Is this phone problem or my provider problem?

Hi,

I experienced data connection problem even the signal show LTE. Not able to browse internet, Facebook, watsapp........ Tried to reboot still not working.

But after i made a phone call, the data connection is back. Watsapp message then received.....

Experienced few times...

Wondering if there is any updates to fix the bugs, or is there any apps that might caused the problem...

Please help....

have you tried to turn off the lte in the wireless and network options... or are you using your lte allready?

Suprisingly it back to normal after 2 days. I did bring to Sony Service Centre to check, but they reply that could be service provider problem. But my fren using Note2 with same provider did not experience the problem. Strange! Relief that my Z back to normal.

I've been experiencing a simular issue. (Mobile internet doesn't come back after a phone call)

When I first recieved the phone, internet connectivity was working perfectly. Now I get next to no connection. it periodically works for a few hours then goes away again. No sure whats going on but it seems to be a bug in the phone somewhere. I got my carrier to resend the settings which didn't seem to fix the issue nor did a factory reset.

Anyone have a solution for this?

Guys, Don't worry, It’s not for your devices, its software issue. Waiting for an urgent update for this as its already happened before!!

I still able to make and receive calls but is unable to browse the internet properly.
Please help.
