Xperia Z moving slow

Not sure why I have 5 second delays when I select anything on my phone. I try to keep the internal memory free but I'm probably doing something wrong help please!!

Can you check if the same occurs in safe mode?

I checked it and it moved faster in safe mode...

You have some 3rd party apps acting up,remove any battery savers,task killers.

Haha ok went into app info and realized that nothing I'm seeing is helping me to figure it out.

I know how to uninstall, I just don't know which apps to uninstall

Have you installed any particular battery savers? Or task killers,free RAM apps?
