Xperia Z moving slow

Not sure why I have 5 second delays when I select anything on my phone. I try to keep the internal memory free but I'm probably doing something wrong help please!!

Not right now, but I remember seeing something to that effect on my PC Suite, so I can do it there?

In PC companion,yes.It will remove everything on phone memory.

Ah OK, and once I restore, it would restore everything that was once on the phone memory correct? Well I assume minus a few things?

Apps cannot be restored with their data unfortunately.
