Xperia Z1 Camera Error

sometimes when i strat the camera it give me a black screen inside of it a small box say "Error

camera not available" so when i see this i have to restart my phone to fix this. so can anyone give me solutions for solving this problem ?

Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

Do you have any app installed in the phone that also uses the camera or the led light on the backside? If you have, make sure that you have ended them correctly before you are trying to open the camera. 

If haven't such apps installed, try to clear data for camera under settings > apps>  all > camera > clear data.

Come on Sony, you can't expect from fellow customers that they delete other apps in order to "normally" use the camera from your phones...

I got the "camere freeze" also, i've done everything you can imagine, please make an update Sony because I only had the phone for 2 months but never had anything give me this much frustration....

I have done everything except Saling of mobile but problem is not solved. Pls suggest us will this problem will be solved by SONY or I need to try something...

I am also having this problem. Clearing data is not permanent solution because it's happening again and again and it's annoying me now. Please suggest other solutions
