We are using GroupOffice in our company which uses Z-Push backend for syncing emails, calendars, contacts, tasks and notes to Activesync capable devices.
It work without problems with all other devices, but for some reason it doesn't show email attachments on Sony phones.
We have very few Sony phones in company so problem is not escaleted, but it prevents us from getting new Sony android phones.
We are using latest Z-Push version 2.1.2.
Not sure if Zarafa users have same problem with Sony phones since it uses same backend.
I can provide account if needed for some of Sony techicians to test with so it can be determined if it's phone or server problem.

I thought that this is problem with provisioning like most of other problems with sony and zpush, but it seams server is sending good provisioning.
Enable attachments and size isn't defined to it should be unlimited.

Does this also happen if you try another client in the phone like Moxier, RoadSync or Nitrodesk?
Would it be possible for you to provide a test account that this can be replicated with?
No, with external apps it shows attachments fine. Other phones (HTC, Samsung) in our company also show attachments fine.
Not really sure if it's something with z-push or Sony email app. If you could test it and pinpoint the problem that would be great.
If it's z-push problem (and you provide me with details about it) I'll report it to them for fix, and if it's Sony problem, I hope you can solve it in next update.

It's strange that this is required. Because the full MIME message is already transferred with all attachments in them.
Isn't this causing the device to download the attachments twice?

I have 3 devices Sony: Z2 Tablet, M2 Duo and Xperia E. All devices connected with GroupOffice, but
on Z2 and M2 I don't see attachments in email. On E I see al attachments.
