Z5 Premium Home Screen not rotating after Marshmallow update

On Android 5 Lollipop I could activate home screen rotation from the settings menu that appeared after long pressing the home screen, but after the Android 6 Marshmallow update I can no longer rotate my home screen. Has this feature been removed?
Rotation works fine inside any other app (album, mail, videos, etc, even inside settings!) but there's no way to activate the auto-rotation for the stock home screen. Where's that setting located now in Android 6???

@gtrab Not sure if the option was there on lollipop either:

Yes it was. I upgraded from the Z3 to the Z5 last year and first thing I checked was the home screen auto rotate function

I don't recall having that option on my Premium

Hi @gtrab,

Welcome to the community.

I am afraid that @uliwooly and @alexdon are correct. The Z5 did not have Auto-Rotation functionality on the home screen by default. You may have had a third party launcher installed that did this but for whatever reason may not be compatible with 6.0. Have a look on the play store and see if there is an app that can do this for you.

@CameronT@gtrab@uliwooly The rotation was available on xperia home settings for older Z series (Z3, Z2 etc). Not the new ones.
