HEIF-images

Hello everyone!

My problem could be placed in two forum areas. Once here in the xperia section and once in the photography / alpha forum.

But why can't my sony xperia 1 mk II display HEIF images that I download from my Alpha 7 IV to the phone via the Creator app? Officially, the xperia can display HEIF and also has a 10-bit display!

Any ideas?
