When connecting a phone to a laptop, the laptop does not work, the phone, in turn, does not display a window for selecting actions when connecting to USB, I tried many different USB cables, connected to different laptops and personal computers, all without result, could this be due to the fact that cables were not Sony but other manufacturers?
