We have found a problem that none of the new Xperia 5 III phones work in the car for Android Auto.
It starts only once per 20 times if lucky with a USB-C cable.
All Samsung/iphones phones work and also older Sony Xperias
On the other hand, it works brilliant in a Mercede E220 with the same functions and same cable
Is this a software or a chip bugg from Sony?
Seems like it is the USB-C connectivity and PC-Companion that is trying to start when Android Auto wants to start.
This seems to be the main cause, even if Avast and HP USB printdrivers also conflicts as soon as the USB-C is connected to the car.
Again its works on older Sony Mobiles, and it seems to be working on Samsungs. Not 100% but in 95% of the cases.
How do I get somkind of support here
