Good morning, I would like to point out that I have been a very loyal customer of yours for some years now.
Unfortunately I have to report a remarkable event that happened to me.
Also driven by the CASHBACK promotion, I managed to purchase the a7 IV that I had wanted for some time.
Before making the purchase I read the terms and conditions of the promotion very carefully.
Making sure to purchase from the retailers on the list provided.
Once the purchase has been made and the documentation has been sent in order to receive the cashback; I had my cashback request rejected.
(It was specified that you would accept purchases made online on Amazon from third-party retailers as long as they were present in the aforementioned list)(see attachment).
I asked via email why they denied my cashback request, but I received no response.
Could you kindly give me further explanations about this?

I believe that they usually require the receipt to be from the qualified retailer itself, not Amazon. You can try contacting this retailer directly and get a receipt from them, then send it back to Sony.
