4k disney plus showing strong 4k picture yesterday, today quality has dropped off

taken delivery of xh950  55" a couple of days ago and disney+ 4k was outstanding picture quality yesterday, today the quality has dropped and has not returned although I'm getting 74 mbps. Any suggestions?

Disney plus will never make use of 75 Mbps, 15 maybe. You should check with them if the movie was the same why it didn't stream with the same quality

OK, thanks for that, I think disney+ must be having issues as today it plays with no sound and the picture is jumpy, Netflix is playing  perfectectly!

Suggest doing a netflix speed test on the TV when disney is poor just in case you've got any local broadband issues.  Disney can be up to 25Mbps, netflix was max 12-15 for 4k but think its much less with their latest compression and closer to HD streaming bandwidth
