UK A95L users. Does HDR and Atmos work for you on Now TV internal app? It has never worked on my setup and I am not sure how to resolve it. Issue raised with NOW TV team and after a lengthy back and forth was advised to update the firmware or contact Sony to fix. When I cancelled the service the person informed me that the issue would not be investigated further.
That was months ago after two firmware updates, I have thus resubscribed and still been met with the same issue.
When there was a Dolby Vision issue with the Amazon and Paramount+ app, I contacted their respective teams, gave them the same details I would give the NOW TV team and for Amazon the app was updated and the issue resolved promptly. For Paramount+ it was a little later. Surely with the NOW TV app it cannot be my settings since HDR and Atmos work on a borrowed Roku device.
Am I missing something with the Now TV app?

I don't have a Sony TV but I'm having exactly the same issue on my QN90F, no HDR or Dolby Atmos on the content that should do. Been around the houses with NOW support, they ask the same questions all the time. I told them today I'm no longer going to pay, their response is to ask the same questions yet again! Absolutely useless.
