KD-55X8509C - No Event Information on EPG

Hi there guys and girls, I have had this TV for about a week and overall I'm really happy with it. I do have a few issues but the main one for me is the lack of EPG. When I go to the EPG all I see against most channels is No Event Information Available. If I go to a channel and then back to the EPG it does show the information. Does anyone have a solution to this?

Please note I am using the satellite connection rather than standard ariel as I dont have an ariel in that room. Also this is the standard guide I'm refering to rather than Youview.

Now that we have the record function, it would be useful to actually be able to see the EPG so I can choose what I want to record.

I have the same problem with KDL-50W809c. Sometimes it is better, sometime worse.

No solution yet.

Agreed -Although I guess the 'Action Menu' button is the equivelent to options

I thought the same but when I push this I dont see any search option at all.

Nothing on action menu
