KD-55XH8196 - No Sound On BritBox

Hi

After watching Netflix switched to BritBox but there was no sound, I checked other apps however there was no issue with the sound, also checked the BritBox app on line and the sound was working fine, any suggestions at all ?

Hi RayB73, try a soft reset by pressing the power button on the remote or 5 secs, let me know if it worked.
