* YouTube app is shown along with some relevant content but when selected will not play.

* YouTube music is shown along with some relevant content but when selected will not play.

* Spotify will not play.

* TED, Amazon Prime Video, Al Jazeera  playing but no sound.

* Amazon Prime; picture is showing but no sound.

* TV Box Works; connectivity via iPad/PC works, Netflix is OK.

THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH A TV; I MAY SEEK RECOMPENSE / RETURN UNDER WARRANTY.

Hi Joe.  Thanks for the follow up.  I do have the right version of the software.  I have now been able to get the TV working again.  I basically shut down my complete IT systems and related equipment connected to the TV including:  Wi-fi routers, TV box, Blue Ray player etc.  I then spent some time checking all the cable and power connections which took about 10 to 15 minutes after which, upon reconnection, the TV was working as it should which is great but, really, it should not be happening in the first place.  Once again, thanks for your time.  Best Regards BeeJay.

Do you have the latest software version (v6.5042) installed on your TV?
