Sky Q guide with Sony remote

Hi all,

The Sony remote controls all my gear just fine including Sky Q except that the guide button, or any other button that I've tried, doesn't bring up the Sky TV guide.

Anyone had any luck with this?

This might be a limitation from Sky, have you tried contacting their support?

Hi I'm a professional installer and can confirm this issue with at least this model: KD-48A9

This isn't an issue with the Sky Q box as other TV's (Samsung, Philips) have no issue controlling the guide function with their remotes. This is clearly an issue with the code the Sony remote is sending.

I have tried manually searching for the model of SKY Q box however I can't get past the manufacturer search as apparently "SKY" is too short for a search!
