Apps are misbehaving

Y in my mobile galary and music player I can't see anything in that it's like a white paper screen since last three days I can't use music player and galary

If say honestly it's hard to understand what you writing, but if i'm not wrong you mean Sony Music and Album apps? Try in Settings - Apps - (Music) or (Album) app - clean caches and all others sections

*Do copy of files, if i'm not wrong can delete it.
